1. Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Pep Plug reviews each application and may approve or reject it at its discretion. You may not promote the program, use a referral link, or earn commissions until your application is approved. Rejected applicants may sign in to view the decision. Suspended or terminated accounts cannot earn commissions.
Custom promo codes require a separate approval after you are accepted as an affiliate. Until a promo code is approved, it will not apply discounts or attribute orders. Referral-link attribution may still apply after account approval.
2. Accurate Marketing
You must describe The Pep Plug, its products, and this program accurately. Products are for in-vitro laboratory research only. You may not claim that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; that they are for human consumption; or that The Pep Plug is a pharmacy or compounding facility. Do not invent testimonials, lab results, or pricing. Use only current catalog information and approved marketing resources.
3. Prohibited Advertising
The following are prohibited and may result in commission reversal, suspension, or termination:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or purchased email lists
- Misleading ads, fake scarcity, impersonation, or brand bidding that confuses customers about who operates the store
- Coupon, deal, or “always-on discount” sites unless The Pep Plug has given written permission
- Self-referrals, fake purchases, stolen payment methods, or coordinating orders solely to extract commission
- Malware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or any method that attributes customers without a genuine click or code entry
- Advertising on websites or channels that promote illegal activity, hate, adult content involving minors, or anything that damages the brand
4. Brand Usage
You may use the The Pep Plug name, approved logos, and brand colors from the affiliate resource library to promote the store. You may not alter logos, claim ownership of trademarks, register domains or social handles that impersonate The Pep Plug, or create materials that appear to be official store communications. Follow the Brand Guidelines in your dashboard. We may require you to take down any creative that does not meet these rules.
5. Social Media Expectations
Disclose that you are an affiliate in a clear way (for example, “affiliate link” or “paid partnership”) wherever required by platform rules or advertising law. Keep comments and DMs professional. Do not harass customers or competitors. If you use paid social ads, they must match these terms and must not imply The Pep Plug endorsed a medical use.
6. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are paid only on completed, paid, qualifying orders referred by your approved link or approved promo code. The commission base is the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Qualifying sale amounts also determine automatic tier upgrades:
- Tier 1 — Starter Affiliate — 10% — from approval until $2,500 qualifying referred sales
- Tier 2 — Pro Affiliate — 15% — unlocks automatically at $2,500
- Tier 3 — Elite Affiliate — 20% — unlocks automatically at $5,000
Tiers upgrade automatically and do not downgrade when sales later change, except that The Pep Plug may set a per-affiliate commission override. There is no commission on refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, self-referrals (matching your affiliate email), coupon abuse, or fake purchases. If both a promo code and a referral cookie are present, the promo code is used when it maps to an approved affiliate; otherwise the cookie is used. You will not be paid twice on the same order.
New commissions start as pending, then move to approved after a hold period (typically 14 days) if the order remains qualifying. Approved commissions are paid monthly.
7. Fraud Policy
The Pep Plug may delay, reverse, or claw back commissions that appear fraudulent or abusive, including self-referrals, duplicate accounts, returned or charged-back orders, and orders placed with stolen or unauthorized payment methods. If a commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from your remaining balance or future payouts. We may request identity, traffic, or promotion details as part of a review. Refusing a reasonable review may result in suspension.
8. Monthly Payout Schedule
Approved commissions are paid monthly to the Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle details in your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping payout details accurate. The Pep Plug is not responsible for payments sent to an outdated handle. You are responsible for any taxes on affiliate income. Payouts may be held if your balance is under review, if required information is missing, or if your account is suspended or terminated.
9. Program Changes
The Pep Plug may update commission rates, tiers, cookie duration, hold periods, promo-code rules, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where practical, noted in the affiliate dashboard or by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We may pause the program or stop accepting applications at any time.
10. Account Termination
You may stop participating at any time by contacting support. The Pep Plug may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, inactivity, brand harm, fraud, or any reason we reasonably believe is necessary to protect customers or the business. On termination, unpaid commissions on non-qualifying or fraudulent orders are forfeited. Qualifying approved commissions already earned may still be paid at our discretion after any pending holds and reviews. After termination you must stop using The Pep Plug marks and referral materials.
